Is there a way for customers to see their banner stats?

In your admin panel, under advertise..

get the link for the appropriate banner eg

http://www.sheffieldconnection.com/banners_details_auth.php?id=5

paste it into your browser..

then insert the password associated with that banner account ( click the edit button for that ad to view the password..)..

i don't know if it will work because i get a db error.. but it should


If it does work, just give them the link and password.

Thanks, But you are right, the link does not work, it brings up the errors you mention.

I'm sure Michael is on this if he is aware, I notice on his demo its also not working.

My husband and I tested this feature last night... We're able to view impressions but the number of clicks are not showing or calculating...

Any suggestions?

I think we need to take a look at this first hand to check it out. Could you submit a support ticket (http://phpcityportal.com/support/ )and include your admin password. Also make a remark about which ad campaign you have been looking at.

Just to make a sum-up of this issue:

The thing is that the click tracking only works for "Link plus image" campaigns, and not for code ads. The reason for this is that the code ads have their own code so-to-say, so the script cannot add this special click-tracking-code to the ad. Only impression tracking of code based advertisement campaigns is possible.

This is not at all clear from looking at the Advertisement manager, so we'll change that.
