Is this complicated?

I don't know anything about how to go about doing this. I do have a real estate website, but I just pay for it and do updates and if I have an issue, I just email the guy who owns the program.

If I buy the PHP City Portal template & use host gator...do they know what to do or do I have to set something up? Sorry if I sound dumb...I guess I am when it comes to this.

Do you have to pay an annual fee in order to keep the program? How many pages do you get (maybe this isn't the right question)? Are there additional charges other than for the site and monthly charges from the hosting company?

Is this easy to maintain?

I could try and sales-talk my way through telling you this script system requires no effort at all - it would not be right though. It does not set itself up but actually does require some setting up from you. This demo is exactly what you can expect and this is what you would have to work with. Installing the script can be handled by us, but the rest is up to you.
